Megan is a State College native and a graduate of State College High School. She graduated from Penn State with a degree in Art Education and taught art in Maryland for over ten years. While living in Maryland, she earned a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Hood College. Looking for a quieter and more family-friendly town, she and her husband moved back to the State College area in 2005. She currently lives in Bellefonte with her husband, two children, two dogs, and a cat. In addition to keeping up with her busy family, she enjoys painting, reading, volunteering at PAWS (the local shelter) and following PSU sports.
